Minimum Order & Price
- All prices are quoted FOB at Bangkok, Thailand.
- Price can be changed without prior notice ( due to silver alloy market price & currency exchange fluctuation)
- Minimum Order is USD 1,500 /shipment. If purchase order is less than $1,500, customer will charged US $150 for handling charge.
- We required minimum 20 pcs./design , 10 pcs./ one color.
- For all export items , that order below minimum order , there is handling fee USD 150 for handling fees.
- Freight & Insurance charges are born by our customers.
Sample Order
- For first trial order with us, we will charged USD 20/ one CZ blacelet.
- We will take sample products which available in our stock only.
- Minimum first sample bracelet order is USD 500, Total amount must be paid at orders.
Payment Terms & procedures
- We accept the payment by T/T payment.
- We required our customers to transfer deposit 50 % for order confirmation, and the balance 50 % shall be made against the shipment of goods.

Lead Time
Our lead time is 4-6 weeks, we started production after we receive confirmation of order.
Special Order with extra size stone, special cut besides our standard gemstone, there will be beyond standard lead times, we shall let u know immediately.
New Sample works.
Any new model making, modification of works, the extension of production will be 1-2 weeks subjected to difficulty of work
We will charged mould fees, for new designs depend on difficulties of work , around USD 20-50.
Exclusive Design
We guranteed that our customer designs remain exclusive for customer provide order 100 pcs./style
Cancellation & Return
- If any cancellation of order, it must be done within 7 days from the date of order, orelse
25 % will be charged by any cancellation of order after date of order 10 days
50 %will be charged by any cancellation of order after date of order 20 days
70 % will be charged by any cancellation of order after date of order 30 days
Return
We want you to be satisfied with purchase . If any defected items please inform us about the problem immediatly.
- For return items , plese be inform that there are other expense involve : 20 % import duty, custome cleanrance fee, handling , shipping storage charge. Customer will pay for the return shipping charge.
